After her international training, the renowned specialist Prof. Dr. Schumm-Draeger M.D. held the position of senior physician and clinic director in large university hospitals in Germany for many years. She is one of the internationally sought-after specialists in internal medicine and is involved in worldwide clinical development studies of type 2 diabetes, its associated complications and secondary diseases as well as hormone and metabolic diseases. The nutrition and lifestyle training programs she has developed have contributed significantly to improving patient care in Germany.
With the founding of the “Center for Internal Medicine – Prevention, Diagnostics and Therapy” in the “Fünf Höfen”, she and her team want to realize the best possible quality of medical care by dedicating enough time and attention to each patient for a successful treatment.
